Polish Addict Nail Color: Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue

***Provided for review by Polish Addict Nail Color***

You read that right! These are my first official blog samples provided to me by Polish Addict. Never fear though--I will let you know exactly what I think about these ;-)

Polish Addict is a new-to-me brand, but they are already well known and beloved by many a nailphile. You will notice I did not use the bottles in my photos. I just can't pose with a mini bottle to save my life (I think I have big hands or something) and using a random TC bottle seemed sacrilegious, so I decided to use some flowers. The two I have today, Rose Are Red & Violets Are Blue, I was delighted to discover are actually holographic thermals, woo!

Both of these colors have such a unique and complex mix of elements that you can only get from an indie. Make sure you click the pictures to get a nice close look, just beautiful. The formula on both of these polishes was amazing. I used four thin coats (see my post here to see how thin I mean) of each polish. The polish has a lot going on (holo, thermal, glitters) so I expected a bit of a goop-fest but I was dead wrong. The formula was so easy to control my photos show no clean up. Let me say that again: NO CLEAN UP. Overall I am pleased to have been given the opportunity to test such a great product. Polish Addict is for sure on my list of favorite indies.
